Cancel up to 7 days before pickup for a full refund. Between 7 days and the pickup day, one day's rate is kept and the rest is refunded. No-show or no-call: no refund. Date changes are free at any time, subject to availability of the same vehicle.

Yes. When you pay, that unit is pulled from the fleet for your dates so it can never be double-sold. No "or similar" substitutions. The rate and total in your quote are guaranteed for 24 hours; availability only once you pay.

Credit and debit cards are accepted, in the renter's name, for the rental and the deposit. Cash is not accepted. Every line (rate, taxes, extras, fees) is itemized in the checkout before you pay; nothing is added at handoff.

Yes. BEXT operates the same concept on Maui (Kahului Airport, OGG) and Oahu (Honolulu Airport, HNL), with airport pick-up and resort delivery. Hawaii bookings are made on our Maui and Oahu sites.

Enter your flight number when you book. We track the flight, and when you land your driver texts you the exact arrivals door. The vehicle is waiting at the curb outside baggage claim; the walkthrough takes about five minutes. Fort Lauderdale (FLL) valet is included; Miami (MIA) delivery is $100 per rental.

Nothing changes for you. We track the flight number from your reservation and adjust; your driver is there when you actually land. If you change flights, text us the new number. Our regular hours are 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily; for arrivals outside that window, text us before booking.

Yes. One of our drivers coordinates directly with you and has the vehicle ready at the front entrance at the agreed time. Fort Lauderdale and Broward delivery is included; Miami delivery (Miami Beach, Brickell, Downtown, Coral Gables, Key Biscayne and more) is $100 per rental.

Yes, to PortMiami and Port Everglades terminals, for pre-cruise or post-cruise days. Tell us your ship and terminal when you book. PortMiami follows the Miami delivery fee; Port Everglades is included.

The minimum age is 25. Drivers aged 21 to 24 can rent by adding the required additional coverage at checkout; there is no extra age-based fee on top of it.

A valid driver's licence in the renter's name, the credit or debit card used for the booking (for the $500 security hold) and, if you declined our coverage, your insurance company and policy number. Cash is not accepted.

Yes. Additional drivers are added at checkout or at the handoff with a valid licence; the same minimum age applies (25, or 21 to 24 with the additional coverage). Any additional-driver charge is shown before you pay.

You choose at checkout. Use your personal auto policy (enter the insurer and policy number and decline our coverage; you are then fully responsible for damage to or theft of the vehicle and any third-party claims), or add Renter's Collision Protection: $35 per day with a $1,000 deductible (pays collision damage up to $20,000) or $59 per day with a $500 deductible (up to $35,000). Coverage is non-refundable once purchased and applies as long as no authorized driver violates the rental contract.

Yes. A $500 hold is placed on your card at pickup, not charged, and released after the vehicle is returned and checked. It covers fuel, tolls, cleaning or damage not covered by insurance. Your bank decides how many days it takes to show as available again.

The daily rate, statutory taxes, any extras you selected, all surcharges and fees, and basic cleaning. Fort Lauderdale valet delivery, beach chairs and towels for every guest, CarPlay and Android Auto with navigation, and free date changes are included. The $500 security deposit is a hold, not a charge. Miami delivery ($100 per rental), collision coverage, the beach bundle, GoPro, child seats and prepaid fuel are optional.

A 3-day rental includes 600 miles, enough for a round trip from Miami to Key West with room to spare. The allowance for other rental lengths and the rate per extra mile are shown in your quote.

Return the vehicle with the same fuel level you received it; a shortfall is charged from the deposit at the prevailing rate. Or add the prepaid full tank at checkout for $99 (up to 20 gallons) and return it at any level.

Normal wear-and-tear cleaning ($40) is part of the standard price. Excessive sand, dirt or mud is $65, charged from the deposit. Beach driving and unmarked trails are not permitted under the rental agreement. The fleet is 100% smoke-free.
