The BEXT concept: the rental should be the easiest part of the trip. Your driver meets you outside baggage claim at Fort Lauderdale (included) or Miami ($100 per rental), or at your hotel door. What comes with the keys is listed below; the real extras are optional, priced per day or per rental, and shown before you pay.
Airport valet, step by step
How the pick-up works at Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood (FLL), where the valet is included, and Miami International (MIA), $100 per rental. Daily 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM; for arrivals outside those hours, text us before booking.
- 1Add your flight number at checkout. We track it. If you land early or late, so do we.
- 2Text your driver when you have your bags. You get their number in the confirmation and a reminder the day before.
- 3Walk out of baggage claim. The Jeep is at the arrivals curb of your terminal, engine on, A/C running.
- 4Licence, card, walk-around, keys. Five minutes, with joint handoff photos. Beach chairs and towels are in the back; if you added the beach bundle, GoPro or child seats, they are already installed.
- 5Return works the same way. Text us 20 minutes out; we meet you at departures. Return the tank at the same level, or prepay it for $99 and skip the gas station.

Hotel delivery
Choose hotel delivery at checkout and the vehicle waits at your hotel entrance. The driver coordinates the time with you by text. Fort Lauderdale and Broward (hotels, Airbnbs, Port Everglades): included. Miami (Miami Beach, Brickell, Downtown, PortMiami and more): $100 per rental, both ways.
How does the airport pick-up work at MIA and FLL?
Enter your flight number when you book. We track the flight, and when you land your driver texts you the exact arrivals door. The vehicle is waiting at the curb outside baggage claim; the walkthrough takes about five minutes. Fort Lauderdale (FLL) valet is included; Miami (MIA) delivery is $100 per rental.
Do I need my own insurance?
You choose at checkout. Use your personal auto policy (enter the insurer and policy number and decline our coverage; you are then fully responsible for damage to or theft of the vehicle and any third-party claims), or add Renter's Collision Protection: $35 per day with a $1,000 deductible (pays collision damage up to $20,000) or $59 per day with a $500 deductible (up to $35,000). Coverage is non-refundable once purchased and applies as long as no authorized driver violates the rental contract.
What if my flight is delayed?
Nothing changes for you. We track the flight number from your reservation and adjust; your driver is there when you actually land. If you change flights, text us the new number. Our regular hours are 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily; for arrivals outside that window, text us before booking.
Can you deliver the Jeep to my hotel or Airbnb?
Yes. One of our drivers coordinates directly with you and has the vehicle ready at the front entrance at the agreed time. Fort Lauderdale and Broward delivery is included; Miami delivery (Miami Beach, Brickell, Downtown, Coral Gables, Key Biscayne and more) is $100 per rental.
Do you deliver to the cruise ports?
Yes, to PortMiami and Port Everglades terminals, for pre-cruise or post-cruise days. Tell us your ship and terminal when you book. PortMiami follows the Miami delivery fee; Port Everglades is included.
