How hotel delivery works in Fort Lauderdale
- 01Choose hotel or Airbnb delivery at checkout. Enter the address and the time you want the keys. Fort Lauderdale and Broward delivery is included: no delivery fee.
- 02Your driver coordinates by text. You get a message before the handoff confirming the time and where the vehicle will be at the entrance.
- 03Meet at the front entrance. The exact vehicle you booked is at the front drive or valet area. No counter, no shuttle.
- 04Five-minute walkthrough with photos. Licence, the card for the $500 hold, joint photos of the vehicle, keys. Additional drivers can be added at checkout or right there with their licence.
- 05Return at the hotel or the airport. Tell us at checkout where you want to hand it back: the same address, or the FLL departures curb when you fly out.

Where in Fort Lauderdale do you deliver, and what does it cost?
Delivery is included across Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL), Las Olas, Fort Lauderdale Beach & A1A, Hollywood Beach, Pompano & Deerfield, Port Everglades, Bahia Mar, Airbnbs across Broward. Pick hotel or address delivery at checkout, enter the address and the time you want the keys, and your driver confirms by text.
What about tolls?
Most Miami and Fort Lauderdale expressways use cashless tolls. How tolls are billed for your rental is shown in your rental agreement.
Can you deliver the Jeep to my hotel or Airbnb?
Yes. One of our drivers coordinates directly with you and has the vehicle ready at the front entrance at the agreed time. Fort Lauderdale and Broward delivery is included; Miami delivery (Miami Beach, Brickell, Downtown, Coral Gables, Key Biscayne and more) is $100 per rental.
Do you deliver to the cruise ports?
Yes, to PortMiami and Port Everglades terminals, for pre-cruise or post-cruise days. Tell us your ship and terminal when you book. PortMiami follows the Miami delivery fee; Port Everglades is included.
Can I add other drivers?
Yes. Additional drivers are added at checkout or at the handoff with a valid licence; the same minimum age applies (25, or 21 to 24 with the additional coverage). Any additional-driver charge is shown before you pay.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel up to 7 days before pickup for a full refund. Between 7 days and the pickup day, one day's rate is kept and the rest is refunded. No-show or no-call: no refund. Date changes are free at any time, subject to availability of the same vehicle.
What is included in the rental price?
The daily rate, statutory taxes, any extras you selected, all surcharges and fees, and basic cleaning. Fort Lauderdale valet delivery, beach chairs and towels for every guest, CarPlay and Android Auto with navigation, and free date changes are included. The $500 security deposit is a hold, not a charge. Miami delivery ($100 per rental), collision coverage, the beach bundle, GoPro, child seats and prepaid fuel are optional.
