How hotel delivery works in Miami
- 01Choose hotel or Airbnb delivery at checkout. Enter the address and the time you want the keys. Miami delivery is $100 per rental, both ways, shown before you pay.
- 02Your driver coordinates by text. You get a message before the handoff confirming the time and where the vehicle will be at the entrance.
- 03Meet at the front entrance. The exact vehicle you booked is at the front drive or valet area. No counter, no shuttle.
- 04Five-minute walkthrough with photos. Licence, the card for the $500 hold, joint photos of the vehicle, keys. Additional drivers can be added at checkout or right there with their licence.
- 05Return at the hotel or the airport. Tell us at checkout where you want to hand it back: the same address, or the MIA departures curb when you fly out.

Where in Miami can you deliver the Jeep?
Miami International Airport (MIA), South Beach & Miami Beach, Brickell & Downtown, Coral Gables & Coconut Grove, Wynwood & Design District, Doral, Key Biscayne, PortMiami, and the neighbourhoods around them. Miami delivery is $100 per rental, both ways, added at checkout.
Is a Wrangler easy to park in Miami Beach?
Yes: a four-door Wrangler is shorter than most SUVs, and the two-door Bronco Black Diamond is the easiest vehicle in the fleet to park. Most Miami Beach hotels offer valet.
Can you deliver the Jeep to my hotel or Airbnb?
Yes. One of our drivers coordinates directly with you and has the vehicle ready at the front entrance at the agreed time. Fort Lauderdale and Broward delivery is included; Miami delivery (Miami Beach, Brickell, Downtown, Coral Gables, Key Biscayne and more) is $100 per rental.
What is the minimum age to rent a Jeep or Bronco with BEXT?
The minimum age is 25. Drivers aged 21 to 24 can rent by adding the required additional coverage at checkout; there is no extra age-based fee on top of it.
Do I need my own insurance?
You choose at checkout. Use your personal auto policy (enter the insurer and policy number and decline our coverage; you are then fully responsible for damage to or theft of the vehicle and any third-party claims), or add Renter's Collision Protection: $35 per day with a $1,000 deductible (pays collision damage up to $20,000) or $59 per day with a $500 deductible (up to $35,000). Coverage is non-refundable once purchased and applies as long as no authorized driver violates the rental contract.
How many miles are included?
A 3-day rental includes 600 miles, enough for a round trip from Miami to Key West with room to spare. The allowance for other rental lengths and the rate per extra mile are shown in your quote.
Will I get the exact vehicle I book?
Yes. When you pay, that unit is pulled from the fleet for your dates so it can never be double-sold. No "or similar" substitutions. The rate and total in your quote are guaranteed for 24 hours; availability only once you pay.
