How the FLL valet works
- 01Book with your flight number. Pick your dates and vehicle; the flight number goes in at checkout. The FLL valet is included in every rental: no delivery fee.
- 02We track the flight. Early, late or diverted, your driver adjusts. Nothing to do on your side.
- 03You get a text when you land. It names the exact arrivals door to walk out of, and it comes from the driver who has your keys.
- 04Meet at the arrivals curb. The exact vehicle you booked, never "or similar", is waiting outside baggage claim.
- 05Five-minute walkthrough with photos. Licence, the card for the $500 hold, joint photos of the vehicle, keys. Child seats and the beach bundle are already in if you added them.
- 06Return at the departures curb. Text your driver on the way; we meet you at departures, take the return photos together and you walk into the terminal. Refuel to the same level, or add the $99 prepaid tank and skip the gas station.

FLL questions
Where exactly do you meet me at FLL?
At the arrivals curb of the terminal your flight arrives at. The text you receive on landing names the exact arrivals door; walk out with your bags and the vehicle is at the curb. The FLL valet is included in every rental.
Do you deliver to Port Everglades cruise terminals?
Yes, and it is included, like every Fort Lauderdale delivery. Tell us your ship and terminal when you book; your driver texts you the meeting point at the terminal once you are through.
What about tolls?
Most Miami and Fort Lauderdale expressways use cashless tolls. How tolls are billed for your rental is shown in your rental agreement.
How does the airport pick-up work at MIA and FLL?
Enter your flight number when you book. We track the flight, and when you land your driver texts you the exact arrivals door. The vehicle is waiting at the curb outside baggage claim; the walkthrough takes about five minutes. Fort Lauderdale (FLL) valet is included; Miami (MIA) delivery is $100 per rental.
What if my flight is delayed?
Nothing changes for you. We track the flight number from your reservation and adjust; your driver is there when you actually land. If you change flights, text us the new number. Our regular hours are 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily; for arrivals outside that window, text us before booking.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. A $500 hold is placed on your card at pickup, not charged, and released after the vehicle is returned and checked. It covers fuel, tolls, cleaning or damage not covered by insurance. Your bank decides how many days it takes to show as available again.
Do I need my own insurance?
You choose at checkout. Use your personal auto policy (enter the insurer and policy number and decline our coverage; you are then fully responsible for damage to or theft of the vehicle and any third-party claims), or add Renter's Collision Protection: $35 per day with a $1,000 deductible (pays collision damage up to $20,000) or $59 per day with a $500 deductible (up to $35,000). Coverage is non-refundable once purchased and applies as long as no authorized driver violates the rental contract.
